NOXIOUS WEEDS ARE UNDESIRABLE PLANTS WHICH ARE INVASIVE, PERSISTENT, PERNICIOUS, AND TYPICALLY NON-NATIVE. THE PRIMARY GOAL OF MANAGING INVASIVE PLANTS IS TO REDUCE THE DOMINANCE OF THE TARGET SPECIES AND INCREASE THE ABUNDANCE AND DIVERSITY OF DESIRABLE NATIVE SPECIES.
